"Flower Boxes" - Raw Edge Applique - Block 2

Here is the finished Block 2 from the "Flower Boxes" Quilt.

I don't know about you, but I think the flowers in the flower box look more like ice cream sundaes with big cherries on top than they do flowers?!?!
